New Pricing Effective June 10, 2012
HAYS Cleaning appreciates the trust and support of our customers.
We are always looking to improve the quality of service that we provide for our customers. In order to continue providing the high level of service our customers have come to expect, it has become necessary to raise our prices.
Effective June 10, 2012, the rate for our services will be $30 per hour ($25 per hour for Senior Citizens, ages 65 and over), with a three hour minimum.

How do I get started?

Many of our clients begin by hiring HAYS Cleaning for a one-time project cleaning. You get to see many of our services at once and we will be better able to recommend a cleaning plan from the start. We can also offer estimates to provide weekly or bi-weekly cleaning.

Are you insured?
Yes, HAYS Cleaning is insured.
Who will be in my home?
HAYS Cleaning usually sends a rained, professional team of at least one supervisor along with one or more additional workers, depending on the project.
Who provides the cleaning supplies?
HAYS Cleaning provides all cleaning supplies. If a client prefers that we use a particular product, we are able to accommodate that request (customer must provide product)
Do I need to be present?
No, as long HAYS Cleaning has permission to access the property, you do not need to be present during a cleaning.
What should I do with my pet?
Pets are not a problem for our staff. Just let our office know that you have a pet, along with any particulars (Friendly? Unsocial? Hates vacuum cleaners?).
Do you clean in my neighborhood?
HAYS Cleaning provides services in the southwest Chicagoland area. Locations exceeding 10 miles from our Hickory Hills office may be required to schedule a minimum number of services hours in order to make the service call cost effective for both HAYS Cleaning and the client.
How much does it cost?
The average cost for residential cleanings is $25 per man-hour.
Commercial cleaning fees vary depending on the type of location; HAYS Cleaning will give a free estimate for commercial services.
